This is what you can expect You will design and build our cyber insurance offer for KMU You will develop coverage concepts, service modules and services (e.g. prevention, assistance) You will define target segments, offer structure and market positioning You will analyze market trends, customer needs and competition You will translate technical requirements into clear product and business rules You will work closely with IT and take on the Product Owner role in the implementation in the new core system You will design a modular product architecture for KMU You will support the development and further development of KMU solutions in property and liability insurance You will develop combined and modular product solutions across multiple divisions You will be responsible for and accompany product launches from conception to market launch You will work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Sales and Pricing You will control external partners (e.g. services, cyber prevention) This is what you bring You have experience in cyber insurance (product, underwriting or services) or have experience in KMU product development (property and/or liability) and are interested in building our cyber offering You understand insurance logic, AVB and product design You think conceptually and are pragmatic in implementation You have a sense of KMU customer needs and marketable solutions You have experience in introducing new products You are familiar with collaboration with IT / implementation in the core system You have an understanding of pricing, portfolio management or services Your benefits Your office is where you are: Depending on the workload, you can work remotely up to 60% of your working time.
