• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH
• Professional experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatrics

Tasks ##

• Responsibility for the planning, management, and evaluation of the entire nursing process
• Identification of individual nursing needs and definition of suitable nursing measures
• Professional support of patients in complex nursing situations
• Counseling and support of relatives
• Cooperation with professionals from various occupational groups
• Ensuring and implementing quality standards and internal guidelines
• Participation in optimization and development processes in daily nursing
• Support in accompanying trainees and students
• Promotion of patient-oriented and professional care
