Project Manager Construction Management 80-100%

You coordinate and lead interdisciplinary planning and execution teams and, in cooperation with the client, achieve the specified milestones with them. Responsibly and independently, you lead our diverse construction projects in all SIA sub-phases from the feasibility study to the handover to the client. This is done in compliance with budget, deadlines and quality.
The following is what you bring:
Training as an Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Drafter or a manual basic training with corresponding further training
At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager, especially in realization in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
Project management skills and integration capabilities
Empathy, assertiveness, communication and organizational strength
Team player with high initiative, reliability and accuracy as well as a creative and forward-thinking mindset
Confident handling of common programs for construction administration and cost planning (Messerli), scheduling MS Project as well as Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel etc.
Very good German skills in spoken and written
