Senior Finance Business Partner: Sales & Marketing 100% (w/m/d)

What you will do

• Sales Planning: You take overall responsibility for the sales planning process (budget as well as rolling forecasts, 3+9 / 6+6 / 9+3) and ensure that volume, revenue, and profitability planning are carried out on time and with high quality.
• SAC System Support: You are the central contact and superuser person for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in the Sales & Marketing area, support the relevant planning models (Profitability, Cost Centre, WBS) and work closely with the global FP&A / SAC team.
• Reporting & Business Performance: You develop and maintain reports and dashboards in SAC to prepare sales performance, margin, and other KPIs transparently and understandably.
• Ad-hoc Analyses: You perform profitability and sales analyses and derive clear, actionable recommendations for action for the business from them.
• Stakeholder Management & Training: You train and support internal stakeholders in using SAC, coordinate requirements (incidents, new demands) with the global SAC Task Force Team and drive the further development of the system landscape.
• Projects: You take on special projects in the area of Sales & Marketing Controlling (tail analyses, process optimizations in the planning workflow).

What you bring with you

• Professional Qualification: Business administration education (HF/FH/Uni) as well as several years of professional experience in controlling/FP&A, ideally in a sales or commercial environment.
• System & Method Competence: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or comparable planning/BI tools as well as very good Excel skills; high affinity for systems, data quality, and process optimization.
• Analytical Thinking: You are numbers-oriented, think structurally, and can prepare and present complex relationships understandably.
• Business Partnering: You proactively approach internal customers, question constructively-critically, and contribute improvement suggestions with high personal initiative independently.
• Communication Strength: Confident appearance as well as clear, direct communication in German and English (exchange with international headquarters and global FP&A team).
• Teamwork: Enjoy working in a small, interdisciplinary team as well as with global stakeholders.
