For our customer, a renowned company based in Fricktal, we are looking for a replacement for a temporary assignment as Team Leader Analytical Development 100% Your tasks • Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 5 employees • Implementation and supervision of method developments, validations and transfers as part of customer projects • Planning and implementation of stability studies • Creation and review of analytical and quality-relevant documents • Ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, customers and external laboratories  Your profile • completed scientific studies (BSc/MSc) • Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical analytics in a GMP environment • Experience in leading a small team is mandatory • Sound knowledge of HPLC, GC, dissolution and other analytical methods for solid dosage forms • Very good GMP knowledge • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing • Strong quality awareness as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication, flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality Please submit documents exclusively in German, otherwise they will not be processed.
