Project Manager Business Support

?Your tasks

• You manage operational projects in the area of Operations as well as in the specialist departments of the Business Support department or actively participate in their implementation. In doing so, you take responsibility for achieving project goals as well as for deadlines, costs and quality.
• You create project orders, concepts, business cases and project documentation, thus creating a solid basis for well-founded decisions.
• You moderate workshops as well as project and steering meetings and ensure professional stakeholder management.
• You are responsible for project controlling and report regularly to the division management.
• You support customer onboarding during customer integrations and implementation projects, coordinate between customers, operations, IT and other interfaces and take over the deputy role in case of absence.

Our requirements

• For this position, you bring project experience and an understanding of operational processes in the area of logistics. Your good communication skills as well as your organizational talent also help you to drive projects forward successfully.
• You bring completed vocational training in the area of logistics as well as further training in project management.
• You are aware of the responsibility in this function and you are motivated to bear it.
• As a person, you are described as conscientious, independent and you enjoy driving processes forward and raising them to a professional level.
• Foreign language skills in French and Italian will facilitate your work.
