• The food industry is your home - ideally, you even bring experience in the dairy environment.
• You think and act technically: you understand what lies behind plants (e.g., pneumatics, sensors, motors), recognize connections, and are able to not only fix disruptions but truly understand them.
• You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment in which collaboration works.
