Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your wage may lie slightly below or above the range. What you can achieve • You process written and telephone inquiries and answer questions from our business customers regarding our diverse product and service range. • With your expertise, you ensure efficient support for our customers by advising them and offering tailored solutions. • You process concerns via channels such as email, live chat, WhatsApp, or social media and work with various systems (e.g., SAP, CRM). • If you have never heard of SAP or CRM, don't worry. You can also join us through a lateral or re-entry. • In this case, you will receive several weeks of professional training and support from our communication professionals. Even after your induction, we always have an open ear for your questions. • With us, you work neither at night nor on Sundays - instead, partly in the home office! Our attractive working hours are Monday to Friday, 07.30 - 18.00. What you bring with you • You have a completed basic training EFZ. Lateral or re-entry is possible. • Strong communication skills and joy in dealing with people help you to optimally support our customers. • With initiative and solution-oriented thinking, you process the concerns of our customers effectively and successfully. • You enjoy working with digital tools and even if you are not yet familiar with all programs, you learn quickly. • You have very good written and oral skills in German as well as very good written and oral skills in a second national language.
