On our Bewachungsstation, we treat and care for patients with somatic and psychiatric illnesses. All patients are deprived of their liberty.

What awaits you

• Internship supervision of FH students according to the training mandate and job description
• Conveying professional competencies
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in nursing within the Shared-Governance team
• Holistic care and support of patients with acute, chronic, and psychiatric illnesses of varying complexity
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care, especially with the medical team and the supervision and care team

What you bring with you

• Certified nursing professional HF or FH with professional experience in the acute care sector
• Qualification as a Berufsbildner:in or willingness to acquire it
• High professional, personal, and social competencies as well as resilience and organizational strength
• Commitment to team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation as well as joy of innovation and openness to new things
• Foreign language skills
