Your tasks ##

• Case-leading care and counseling of patients in acute psychiatric "Home Treatment".
• Your tasks as case leader include, among others, regular home visits, treatment planning and regular treatment review in the core team, planning of systemic discussions, anamnesis collection, joint creation of discharge reports
• Performance of nursing tasks (blood sampling, ECG, medication management, vital signs monitoring, injections) and patient-related administrative work in shift service (early and late shifts)
• Assumption of on-call duties
• Active cooperation in the team, with external institutions and the environment of the patients

Your profile ##

• Training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / -mann HF
• At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
• Driver's license (Cat. B)
• Proficient language and PC skills
• Open, flexible and independent personality with high social competence
