Effective immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a trained construction manager for a permanent position

Your challenge:

• To check work contracts with all contents, components and agreements
• To prepare offers while estimating risks and special circumstances
• various administrative tasks in the commercial, management and building authority areas
• to operate optimal AVOR, dabei procuring documents, visiting future construction sites, learning all construction processes
• To organize the construction sites optimally, economically and entrepreneurially with all employees, machines and inventory while complying with the rules of construction
• To monitor reporting systems
