To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Chemist (a), 100%.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the timely manufacture and delivery of a commercial peptide product
• Ensuring smooth batch throughput in production, quality control, and quality assurance
• Monitoring product performance, quality, yield, and delivery reliability
• Analysis of process and production data as well as identification of optimization potential
• Support in processing deviations, OOS/OOE cases, and CAPA measures
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes and production workflows
• Close cooperation with production, QA, QC, Supply Chain, TechOps, and other interfaces
• Support during audits, inspections, and customer inquiries
• Participation in product-related lifecycle and change management activities
• Active participation in cross-functional projects to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant production

Your profile

• Completed chemistry studies (university or technical college)
• Deep understanding of technical equipment as well as cross-disciplinary interest
• Knowledge in the formulation and automation of production processes (e.g., PCS7) is an advantage
• Technical and project-related leadership competence
• Practical, conceptual, and analytical way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability, high sense of responsibility, and precise way of working
• Excellent German skills as well as good English skills
