HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed individual for a permanent position as HR Business Partner, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:

• Advisory & Coaching: Holistic personnel management and labor law advisory and support for the assigned managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Operational HR Management: Support of operational personnel processes, from recruitment and contract creation to absence management and exit and separation interviews in a GAV and shift environment.
• People Development: Active co-design of personnel development measures, conducting feedback and development interviews, as well as coaching line managers.
• Vocational Training: Accompanying and supporting in-company vocational training as well as looking after apprentices.
• Projects & Processes: Participation in cross-departmental HR projects as well as continuous further development and standardization of internal HR processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Commercial basic training with successful further training in HR (e.g., federal diploma as HR specialist or Bachelor in HRM / BWL / Business Psychology).
• Professional Experience: Several years of sound practice as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an operationally oriented industry, production, or hospitality environment.
• Additional Flair: Proven experience or strong personal interest in the areas of People Development and/or vocational training.
• Professional Competence: Sound and field-tested knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law.
• Languages & IT: Stylistically confident fluent German and very good English skills in speaking and writing; proficient use of common HR and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) as well as MS Office.
• Personality: Empathic, assertive, and solution-oriented personality with a strong service mentality and high social competence.
