Your tasks:

• Central interface between Business, IT and external partners in the infrastructure environment
• Responsible for application management and support of the payment terminal landscape
• Ensuring smooth communication and integration between payment and POS systems
• Processing and coordination of 2nd-level support cases together with User Helpdesk, Field Service and external partners
• Planning, controlling and accompanying rollouts as well as deployments in cooperation with the payment provider
• Preparation, execution and documentation of test cases for quality assurance
• Monitoring of the terminal infrastructure as well as analysis of logs and system messages
• Support in ensuring operational operations and in knowledge transfer within the team

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in application management or IT infrastructure
• Sound knowledge in the environment of Payment Solutions and electronic payment systems
• Very good knowledge of the ep2 standard in Swiss payment transactions
• Experience with the integration of payment terminals into POS systems (POS integration)
• Practice in the configuration, monitoring and administration of terminal management systems
• Experience with software rollouts, firmware updates and the operation of large terminal landscapes
• Good knowledge in monitoring as well as in log analysis and troubleshooting
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
• Communicative personality with strong teamwork skills and high social competence
• Confident appearance in demanding stakeholder situations as well as the ability to convey complex matters understandably
• Business fluent German skills, as well as good English skills mandatory
