Digital Construction Specialist – Energieinfrastruktur

You coordinate BIM processes in infrastructure and construction projects and ensure a consistent digital project basis from planning to execution.

Tasks

• Advising project teams, planners, and executing companies on BIM application
• Coordination of BIM processes across all planning and execution phases
• Checking specialist models for a construction-ready digital basis
• Organization and moderation of BIM coordination meetings with all project participants
• Identification and documentation of interfaces and collisions until resolution
• Preparation of digital construction packages for the construction site and support during use

Profile

• Several years of experience in BIM coordination, Digital Construction, or construction consultancy
• Experience in collaborating with various project participants
• Very good knowledge in the management of interdisciplinary planning and execution processes
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D or Revit as well as tools for collision checking and issue management
• Knowledge of openBIM standards such as IFC and BCF is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
