To complement our Personnel and Organizational Development team, we are looking for you as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as Specialist POE Digital Learning and Knowledge Management (m/f/d) Development and implementation of a modern digital learning and knowledge management with a focus on E-Learning, Blended and Social Learning Conception, planning and further development of innovative learning offers as well as organization of webinars, virtual trainings, learning videos and digital learning campaigns Co-design, support and further development of the Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Comperio Training+, Easylearn) as well as optimization of digital workflows Consulting and support of managers and employees on questions regarding digital learning as well as accompaniment of change and digitalization initiatives Further development of the internal seminar offers and hybrid learning formats as well as ensuring a sustainable learning transfer Participation in digitalization projects and specialist committees as well as continuous optimization of processes in the area of Personnel and Organizational Development Collaboration with internal and external partners as well as coordination of specialist and application questions in the digital learning environment Completed studies or higher vocational qualification in Business Administration, Digital Business & AI, Business Education, Mediamatik or a comparable field of study Further education in the field of Digital Learning (DAS/MAS) or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in Personnel Development, Learning & Development, Corporate Learning or in the education system Very good knowledge in digital learning, didactics and learning process design as well as confident handling of digital learning and authoring tools Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high implementation strength Experience with Learning Management Systems as well as in the development and implementation of digital and hybrid learning formats Versatile activity with high personal responsibility in a motivating, collegial environment Excellent opportunities for professional and personal further development Contemporary working models with flexible working time design and the possibility of home office Attractive workplace in the center of the city A open DU-culture, in which your opinion counts and trust is lived Personalamt | Laurien Sloof, HR Business Partner, write e-mail (<>) jpid6ba50cfjm jit0832jm jiy26jm
