What you accomplish
Leading the QA team for the meat department of our Courtepin site (4 collaborators)
Active participation in quality monitoring in the broadest sense of the term
Organization and implementation of certification audits and carrying out internal audits
HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products
Development and implementation of sampling and control plans for products and hygiene
Release of new product development and recipe modifications
Development and implementation of internal training in the fields of quality, hygiene and food law
Conducting quality improvement projects
What you bring
Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
Specialization: Bachelor in Food Sciences or higher education in the agri-food field
Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the meat sector and QA would be an advantage. Initial successful experience in managing a small team is essential
Specific experience and knowledge in the fields of QA and QC
Flexibility, ability to work in a team with very good organizational skills
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, proficiency in SAP is a serious asset)
Spirit of initiative and independence in file management
Recognized managerial qualities, allowing for the imposition and enforcement of our high quality requirements
Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue
