Your main tasks include: Independent construction management of retail, gastronomy and interior design projects throughout Switzerland Creation of project calculations and offers Obtaining and comparing offers as well as awarding contracts Scheduling and ensuring timely project execution Coordination and management of involved contractors and partners Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines throughout the construction phase Collaboration in the continuous optimization of internal processes Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships Support in acquiring new projects Qualifications You are a committed person with technical understanding and organizational skills.
