Our client, a manufacturer of medical products in the Basel area, is looking for a young & motivated Maintenance Specialist Cleanroom and Ventilation Technology 100% • Maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of cleanroom systems as well as room air technology systems (RLT/HVAC) incl. filter, fan, and humidification units incl. the necessary documentation • Monitoring and regulation of pressure cascades, air exchange rates, temperature, and humidity to comply with cleanroom classes • Ensuring GMP and cleanroom class conformity (ISO 14644 / EU-GMP Annex 1) incl. periodic requalification • Participation in qualification and validation activities (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) of the cleanroom and ventilation technology systems • Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of preventive maintenance strategies for RLT, air conditioning, and cleanroom technology • Coordination and technical support of external service providers during maintenance, measurement, calibration, and cleaning work • Maintenance of equipment, maintenance, and calibration documentation in the maintenance system (CMMS) as well as participation in deviation and CAPA processes Qualifications • Completed technical training (electrical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics), NIV 15 is an advantage • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (ISO 14644, EU-GMP Annex 1, GMP/GxP, VDI 2083) • Experience with filter technology (HEPA/ULPA), measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR) as well as building automation (GLT) • Familiarity with cleanroom behavior and hygiene regulations (gowning, environmental monitoring, cleaning) • Knowledge in energy optimization and in the hygienic operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field, incl. fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on complex machines • Experience in the implementation of preventive maintenance strategies as well as in project management and implementation of software solutions • Very good German skills and good English skills • Confident handling of MS 365, maintenance/upkeep software as well as ERP systems (e.g., SAP) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as teamwork and good communication skills Do you see yourself in a future-oriented and stable company and do you meet the requirement profile?
