Service Manager

Service Manager (80–100%) Your tasks You lead, motivate and coordinate a competent, six-member team consisting of highly specialized Field Application Engineers, experienced service technicians and Technical Support Engineers. You work closely with Product Management, Customer Projects Manager and Technical Sales to feed technical feedback from the front line directly into product and sales development. You are responsible for deployment planning for commissioning, maintenance and support of our charging stations and charging solutions. You actively work in the support process: from needs assessment and analysis to quote creation and invoicing. You digitalize and optimize service processes to shorten response times and ensure customer satisfaction. For complex customer challenges or partners, you are the first point of contact and coordinator to ensure the best solution is implemented. Your profile Sound education: Technical basic training (e.g. electrician, automation engineer, mechatronics engineer) with further education at HF/FH level or a comparable qualification and business management understanding. Proven experience in the personal and technical leadership of technical employees (service technicians / support engineers / field application engineers). Ideally, experience in the field of e-mobility, renewable energies or electrical installations. You understand service not as a "repair operation", but as a strategic tool for customer loyalty and as a sales driver. You think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented.
