Our client is a small, personally managed fiduciary company based in Zug, which serves a versatile national and international clientele. Due to the manageable team size, a varied area of responsibility with a lot of personal responsibility and direct customer contact awaits you. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d).

Job Description ##

• Independent management of a versatile mandate portfolio
• Management of financial accounting as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS/ Swiss Gaap
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Management of VAT mandates and other tax-related issues
• Advising customers on business management and fiduciary issues
• Contact person for customers, authorities, tax offices, and other external bodies
• Support with incorporations, restructurings, and other corporate law topics
• Accompanying audits and other fiduciary projects
• Depending on experience, taking on leadership responsibility or supporting employees

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training and ideally further training as a Fiduciary with federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector
• Experience in the independent management of client mandates
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting according to OR as well as in Swiss tax law
• Good MS-Office skills and ideally experience with common fiduciary software
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of a versatile area of responsibility
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on responsibility in a small team
