We are immediately or by agreement seeking to strengthen our gastronomy department with a: Koch / Köchin (80% - 100%) YOUR TASKS You are part of a dedicated kitchen team in dynamic flight operations and delight our guests in the WINGS restaurant as well as in the catering area for airline and business aviation customers with high-quality dishes. • Professional preparation and cooking of lunch menus and à la carte dishes • Independent work in all kitchen areas including Mise en Place • Creative preparation of high-quality dishes for scheduled, charter, and business aviation customers • Ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen together with the team • Guaranteeing and consistently adhering to hygiene and quality standards • Provision and delivery of catering trolleys with the company's internal vehicle directly to the aircraft • Support with ordering and inventory control • Completion of administrative tasks such as order processing via email (German & English), invoicing, and documentation OUR REQUIREMENTS • Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ with several years of professional experience • Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients • Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with humor and attention to detail • Well-groomed and service-oriented demeanor • Very good German and good English skills • Impeccable reputation (criminal record extract mandatory) • Driver's license category B WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • A unique working environment directly at the airport • No night shifts and only a few evening shifts • Permanent employment with attractive employment conditions • Appreciative, family-like company culture Are you ready to make something special out of an ordinary day for our guests?
