To expand our ICT team, we are looking for a motivated personality as

System Engineer 80 - 100% (all)

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for server engineering in the Microsoft Windows environment as well as in Azure, M365 and D365, including Active Directory and GPO management
• Operation, monitoring and optimization of the network infrastructure (network, WLAN, firewalls) to ensure stability, performance and security
• Operation and further development of backup and monitoring solutions to guarantee system availability as well as data and operational security
• Implementation, operation and further development of ICT solutions in client/server environments, HyperV as well as applications, telephony and collaboration systems
• Checking and ensuring the quality and security of applications and their interfaces
• Collaboration as an ICT key user in agile projects and further developments together with product and process owners as well as external ICT partners regarding questions related to security, architecture as well as administration and monitoring requirements
• Support of applications, tools, hardware and peripheral devices in first- and second-level support as well as management and maintenance of system and operational documentation
• Deputization and support within the ICT team to ensure stable IT operations

Your profile

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF) or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience in the field of system operations and platform management, ideally in an SME environment
• Sound experience with OnPrem and cloud solutions (Azure, M365 etc.) as well as participation in IT projects
• Knowledge and experience with SQL databases is an advantage
• Knowledge of agile (Scrum) endeavors is an advantage
• Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as strong analytical thinking skills
• Team-oriented, resilient and flexible personality with high reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
