La Chaux-de-Fonds training center Operated by ETA SA, the La Chaux-de-Fonds training center is a center of excellence dedicated to the mechanical training of Swatch Group apprentices in the canton of Neuchâtel. It ensures basic training and exam preparation, welcoming approximately 35 apprentices from 8 partner companies each year. The center has a modern technological environment including conventional and CNC machining machines, 3D printing, laser engraving, as well as pneumatic and electropneumatic test benches, guaranteeing training in line with industrial realities. Its pedagogical approach, based on modern methods and project-based learning, places apprentices at the heart of their training, promoting autonomy, practice, and skill development. The center thus plays a key role in the transmission of know-how and the preparation of the technical succession of the Swatch Group. With ease in leading small groups Professional pedagogical training (600h), with experience in using pedagogical and didactic strategies Knowledge in design using Catia software to promote the realization of apprentice projects Programming on Gibbscam and Catia for CAD and CAM teaching Languages Mastery of French at a negotiation level Knowledge of German desired.
