Network Engineer

You design, implement and operate secure network and security solutions for energy supply and ensure stable operation.

Tasks

• Design, implement and operate network and security solutions for energy supply
• Analyze malfunctions and security incidents and coordinate measures
• Provide on-call service within the team to ensure stable and secure operation
• Plan and realize further developments, lifecycle measures and migrations
• Further develop existing network environments, standards and operating processes within the team
• Collaborate with internal specialist departments and external partners in projects and operations

Profile

• Sound experience in design, implementation, operation and troubleshooting of hybrid network and security infrastructures
• Degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable training and further education
• Certifications in the network and operational security environment are an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working
• Proficient German skills and good English skills at least level B2
