Social Pedagogue / Specialist in Care 60-80%

This is what your new daily work life with us looks like

• Professional guidance and support for our clients in the areas of living, managing daily life, leisure, and lifestyle design
• Development and implementation of individual support strategies to promote personal development, autonomy, and inclusion
• Main responsibility in key person work for two clients
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and other specialist agencies
• Taking on departments and responsibilities in daily life to ensure smooth processes
• Participation in team meetings and supervisions
• Active implementation of our values as well as the quality management system
• Regulated working hours with early, evening, and weekend shifts. Substitute services by arrangement

What we wish for you

• Degree in social pedagogy, as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, or a comparable qualification in the social or psychiatric field
• Strong social competence, ability to reflect, empathy, and patience
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working with a good sense of priorities in daily life
• Humor and enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary exchange
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good PC user skills (Office 365)
