Assistants (60-100%)

In connection with an increase in the volume of services within our labor market measures (MMT) Intégration professionnelle (IP) and Intégration professionnelle plus (IPplus) starting from January 1, 2027, we are looking to hire:

ASSISTANTS (60-100%)

Main tasks:

• assist specialists in candidacy and/or linguistic support for the implementation of group sequences
• support participating persons within a workspace in the acquisition of relevant skills for professional integration, notably in writing and IT, in accordance with the instructions of the specialists in candidacy and/or linguistic support
• supervise participating persons during their fide autonomous learning time, according to the instructions of the linguistic support specialists (only for the MMT IPplus)
• carry out the introduction of new participating persons into the MMT

Requirements:

• recognized secondary II degree (preferably CFC as a commercial employee or media technician)
• proven professional experience of at least two years
• strong IT user skills and ability to transmit basic skills in this area
• French as a native language and very good writing skills
• ability to effectively motivate and support participating persons from very heterogeneous social and cultural backgrounds, depending on their specific characteristics, needs, resources, and objectives
• interest in adult education in the field of professional integration (the assistant function offers the opportunity to acquire the practical experience necessary to obtain the FSEA 1 adult trainer certificate)

Workplace: Tramelan (100 m from the station)
