Your Field of Activity

In this exciting role, you accompany and support job-seeking individuals in their search process. To this end, you conduct individual as well as group coachings, which include the topics of situational analysis, competencies, CV, cover letter, application dossier, search strategy, and job interview. In addition, you perform the administrative tasks in connection with these activities. In this role, you operate in interdisciplinary exchange with internal departments and the external client.

Your Tools

To master these tasks successfully, you use your several years of experience as a coach, HR specialist, or adult educator for the benefit of our participants. In your backpack, you have sound training in the field of coaching and/or HR (Federal Diploma of Higher Education level or equivalent) as well as ideally a certificate in adult education. You are interested in the regional labor market situation and incorporate these insights into your work. Confident use of the MS Office suite is just as natural to you as a reliable and independent way of working. As an empathetic and creative personality, you enjoy moving in a multicultural environment in an appreciative and unbiased manner. You communicate at eye level and do so with stylistic confidence in spoken and written German.
