Project Manager, planning and studies - head of department

Your missions

• Ensure the global planning of the department's activities and projects
• Manage, with the department management, new communication and digital transformation projects, from scoping to closure, as well as the measurement of results
• Supervise two specialists in charge of "customer" studies and mailings
• Support the department management in certain activities: establishment of the budget, monitoring of statistical analysis and mailing tools and budgets, monitoring of the internal control system

Your profile

• Higher education (university or HES), additional training in project management
• At least 5 years of experience, including proven experience in managing digital, IT or organizational projects
• Experience in the banking sector
• Appetite for managing a small team
• Mastery of Excel, knowledge of databases
• Strong interest in communication, marketing and analysis
• Great analytical and conceptualization skills and sense of organization
• Optimistic personality, who loves taking on challenges and progressing
• French as native language, German and/or English are assets
