Your tasks – Scientifically based nursing at the highest level

• Independent implementation and management of complex nursing interventions based on current scientific findings

• Application of evidence-based practices to optimize nursing quality and patient safety
• Advising and training of female patients, male patients and relatives in dealing with chronic diseases and complex health problems
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with female doctors, male doctors, female therapists, male therapists and other specialists for the best possible care of female patients and male patients
• Promotion of scientific working within the nursing team and guidance of employees as well as students
• Participation in research projects for the further development of nursing science
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, ethical guidelines and quality standards

Your profile – Scientific expertise with practical relevance

• Completed Master's degree in nursing (Master of Science in Nursing – Advanced Practice Nurse APN)
• Experience in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing or nursing science research is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for the development of new nursing models
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• High level of personal responsibility, innovation capacity and leadership competence
• Willingness for continuous professional further training and promotion of scientific excellence
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
