What you will achieve with us ## Independent processing of claims cases in the area of property, liability and motor vehicle insurance. You inspire our customers through your high service orientation and empathy, while you carry out personal on-site damage inspections to optimize customer service and develop individual solutions.   Intensive cooperation with your team, claims inspectors from the directorate, car experts and partner companies ensure that the claims case runs smoothly from the first report to the successful conclusion.  What you bring with you ## • Completed training in the insurance industry • Professional experience in the processing of property/casualty and motor vehicle claims or training in the technical field or construction industry with additional commercial training and experience in claims processing • Joy in contacting and supporting our customers in challenging situations • High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity and to take on responsibility • Proactive and independent way of working • Responsible, empathetic and open personality • Confident handling of Office products and digital affinity • Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of other languages is a plus Work with us ## In the successful and steadily growing General Agency Burgdorf, a versatile, demanding and varied position awaits you in a young and motivated team.   Start of employment is as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.
