Customer Advisor Product Information (PIM) 80–100%

Our client is an established, Switzerland-wide service company that supports business customers with innovative digital solutions and professional services. In a modern, technology-oriented environment, it ensures efficient processes, high data quality, and a smooth exchange of information between various market participants.

To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a customer-oriented and digitally savvy personality as a Customer Advisor Product Information (PIM) 80–100%.

TASKS:
You support and advise suppliers and retail partners regarding product information and our PIM solution. In doing so, you coordinate the procurement and exchange of product and master data, monitor their quality, and analyze possible sources of error.

You are a competent contact person for functional and technical questions, maintain customer relationships, and conduct training sessions and presentations. You also actively participate in the optimization of existing processes, the further development of our PIM solution, as well as in digitalization projects and system tests.

With increasing experience, you will gradually take on additional responsibility for selected customers and areas of responsibility.

PROFILE:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship, training in retail, or an equivalent qualification and already bring several years of professional experience, ideally in the area of master data, product information, or digital services. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills. Further language skills are welcome.

You are IT-savvy, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and are interested in digital solutions and new technologies. Knowledge of PIM systems and digital data exchange formats is an advantage.

You think analytically and in networks, work independently, structured, and with a focus on quality. At the same time, you are communicative, enjoy customer contact, and value teamwork. You also enjoy taking on training sessions and presentations.
