MEDICALIS is recruiting for one of its partners! The pre-hospitalization service of a renowned hospital is looking for:

• Medical Assistants M/F
• ASSC M/F
• Medical Secretary with blood sampling and injection training - Payerne - 40%

Working days: Wednesday and Friday and replacements during holidays

Main missions

• Reception and support of patients and their relatives
• Management of appointments via Ultragenda
• Follow-up of admission requests for interventions via the DA software
• Preparation of patient files ahead of consultations: collection and verification of information, completeness of documents and scanning
• Performing medical examinations: ECG, blood sampling, blood pressure measurement, VRE/MRSA swabs
• Preparation, cleaning, disinfection and tidying of consultation rooms and medical equipment
• Collaboration with the operating block planning manager to ensure follow-up of interventions
• Invoicing of medical assistant services and control of medical invoicing
• Management of administrative tasks: correspondence, mail, e-mails and medical documents
• Management and updating of the on-call list and availability
• CFC as medical assistant, CFC as ASSC or medical secretary diploma, supplemented by training in blood sampling
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of medical consultation
• Very good mastery of Outlook and Word
• Knowledge of Opale, Soarian and Ultragenda software is an asset
• Organized, autonomous and rigorous person, with a good sense of priorities
• Ability to manage stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
