Field Service Technician

This is the task

• As an after-sales service technician for Miele, you are not only the repairer of our high-quality household appliances at the end customer, but above all, thanks to your qualifications and interpersonal skills, you represent our company to the clientele
• You load your work orders onto your laptop daily and intervene autonomously in your region
• As an expert, you answer our customers' questions in a competent manner and advise them on the use of our appliances
• Additionally, you prepare on-site offers for replacement appliances

This convinces us

• Completed training as an electrical fitter or possess equivalent knowledge in a related profession
• A Swiss CFC as basic training in the electrical field or related
• Experience acquired in the field of refrigeration will be an advantage
• Independence and a high sense of responsibility
• Open, empathy and pleasure in daily contact with customers
• Good PC knowledge
• Pleasure in driving and you have a type B driver's license
• OIBT 15 training is advantageous
• Your native language is French
• You live in the Lausanne / Yverdon region
