HR Manager (w/m/d) The Raiffeisenbank Zug with locations in Baar, Zug and Walchwil is a successful and dynamic bank with high customer trust and strong roots in the population. For our team, we are looking for a self-responsible and independent personality as HR Manager. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for all HR processes and accompany employees and superiors in various HR topics. HR Manager (w/m/d) What can you expect? Responsibility for all areas of HR management (planning, recruitment, compensation, support, evaluation, development and separation) Responsibility for payroll processing and social insurance Participation in recruitment (advertising, interviews, etc.) as well as handling personnel administration from entry to exit Contact person and sparring partner for superiors and employees on HR topics What do you bring?
