Hauswart / Hauswartin

Your tasks:

• Cleaning and maintenance of stairwells, entrance areas and communal rooms in properties, office, private households, warehouses and branch cleaning
• Substitution during holiday absences
• Window cleaning, floor care and waste disposal
• Checking of technical systems (oil level, water softener, heating, etc.)
• Maintenance of garden and lawn
• Compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards
• Independent and reliable execution of work as agreed
• Assignments also take place on weekends or evenings

Your profile:

• Experience as a Hauswart or similar is mandatory, an apprenticeship as a Fachmann / Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt is an advantage
• Mastery of the German language is mandatory
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Discretion and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
• Category B driver's license and an own car, mandatory
