The Centres Médico-Sociaux have the mission of helping people of all ages who are dependent or suffering from health issues to stay in their living environment for as long as possible and to support family caregivers. APREMADOL, with its 4 CMS, serves 7 communes of the Ouest lausannois.

In order to complete our teams, we are looking for, immediately or to be agreed upon, several:

Field Nurse

70% - 80%

Your main tasks

• Ensure care and management adapted to people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage
• Ensure technical care, hygiene, and comfort services as well as support for our clients
• Document the client's computerized file by entering, in particular, all the information necessary for the performance of services, continuity of care, and planning
• Ensure medico-delegated care, hygiene, and comfort services as well as support for our clients
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the coordination and monitoring of the care project defined with the client
• Participate in the identification of the immediate needs of new clients
• Support auxiliary staff in order to guarantee the quality of services

Your profile and skills:

• Bachelor in nursing HES or equivalent title
• Experience in the health field
• Good knowledge of the socio-sanitary field
• Good command of the French language with good writing skills
• Ability to analyze and synthesize
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Ability to communicate and negotiate
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
