In order to strengthen our teams in Pully and Fribourg, we are looking for a holder of a certified public accountant diploma with accreditation as an auditor according to ASR - to occupy a position as a mandate manager. You justify solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment. In this position of responsibility, you autonomously manage a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You are a trusted partner for your clients and accompany them proactively in their financial, fiscal and organizational challenges. Furthermore, you perform ordinary and limited audits. Tasks ### Accounting and consulting mandates • You autonomously manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients • You are the main interlocutor and advise your clients proactively • You supervise and accompany employees (assistant accountants), ensuring the quality of work • You guarantee compliance with current standards and optimize accounting processes • You supervise payroll management on your files • You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company formation, restructurings, succession, etc.) Auditing • You perform ordinary and limited audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and the ASR Taxation & TVA • You act as a trusted partner in tax consulting (optimization, planning) • You supervise the preparation of tax returns (PP and PM) as well as the preparation of VAT returns • You advise our clients in more complex tax situations Cooperation • You collaborate closely with the management as well as with the other sites in French-speaking Switzerland Digitalization & automation • You participate actively in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients.
