You identify the concerned real estate, mandate and examine expert reports, inform stakeholders, draft taxation decisions, process objections, and take positions on appeals. You ensure a monitoring and tracking system in order to proceed with taxation decisions and the collection of amounts within the legal deadlines. You follow the evolution of knowledge, practices, and case law in this matter at the national level. Profile You hold an HE degree or a university degree at master's level in real estate expertise, architecture, urban planning, geomatics, engineering, or geography, or an equivalent training. You have a minimum of two years of professional experience. You are able to work autonomously and possess a great sense of responsibility.
