Key Responsibilities • Evaluate the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team. • Provide physiotherapy sessions adapted to the rehabilitation goals of each patient. • Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of patient progress. • Collaborate closely with other health professionals to optimize patient care. • Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or a title deemed equivalent, validated by the Croix Rouge suisse • Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation environment. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. • Spirit of initiative and a proactive disposition for the continuous improvement of care. • Mastery of the French language, both oral and written.
