On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an AIRPORT AGENT (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure passenger assistance during check-in, boarding, and transit.
• You will perform operations related to passengers and luggage, including the management of incidents and delays.
• You will provide assistance and accompaniment to children traveling alone, elderly people, or passengers with reduced mobility.
• You will communicate information regarding irregularities by means of announcements broadcast via loudspeaker.
• You will collaborate with various internal and external airport services (security, hospitality, boarding gate managers, etc.).
• You will use modern means of communication as well as IT tools to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Your profile:

• You have experience in the airport sector or with similar service providers.
• Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• You enjoy contact with customers, possess excellent communication skills, and present a neat appearance.
• You are stress-resistant and flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• You are a true team player, with a service-oriented approach and good resistance to stress.
