Technical Sales Specialist (m/w)

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a renowned, market-leading machine engineering company based in the Winterthur area, we are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (m/w) # In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on your company's innovative products. You will be responsible for order processing from A to Z (quotations, deliveries, invoices), coordinate orders for various customer projects, and perform a wide range of tasks in sales back-office and dispatch. Additionally, you will support tasks in product management and actively work on the introduction of new products, including pricing. You will recognize market trends and successfully implement them. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and advise them in German, English, and French. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, Purchasing, Marketing) makes your job even more exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have completed a basic commercial training or have a technical background with additional commercial training (e.g., Technical Business Administrator). You should have already gained several years of experience in a similar role in sales back-office and order processing (industry) with consulting international customers. You should communicate confidently in German, English (written and spoken), and very well in French. Additionally, you should have good MS-Office skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha, etc.).
