For our dynamic, internationally active customer in Laufental, we are looking from now until certainly the end of the year for a commercial employee for Order Management. Your tasks: Independent support of customer promotions (SAP order entry, orderer entry, coordination with manufacturers, deadline and quantity monitoring as well as ensuring timely delivery), processing and handling of customer orders, support and communication with internal and external customers, processing of customer inquiries and complaints, maintenance of customer and sales data as well as support in CRM processes, general administrative activities in the area of Internal Sales / Order Management. What you bring: Experience in internal sales, Customer Service or Order Management, SAP experience mandatory, independent and structured way of working, good communication skills and quick comprehension.
