Construction Manager

We are looking for one of our clients in the Bülach region a

Construction Manager (m/f)

Your challenge:

• Construction management on site
• Creation of construction programs
• Estimation work
• Conducting meetings with the building owner, craftsmen and authorities
• Cost control
• If necessary, support in project management

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a construction manager
• Completed training as a draftsman with a focus on architecture and/or TS - civil engineering
• The ability to recognize critical interfaces between planning and execution at an early stage
• Open and assertive communication skills
• Goal-oriented coordination skills
• Good German language skills in word and writing
• Stress tolerance and sense of responsibility
• In-depth technical knowledge in project planning with ArchiCad
