The Fondation Domus, a Valaisan institution for psychosocial rehabilitation, accompanies adults facing significant mental health issues. More than 150 collaborators are committed with conviction and professionalism to offer a place of welcome and accommodation and to implement personalized and co-constructed support for a better quality of life. We are looking for: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT AT 80% From October 1st, 2026, or to be agreed upon. We offer you: TO MANAGE Participate in the Foundation's management and development decisions as a member of the Management Committee; Develop and deploy the strategy as well as the HR policy of the Foundation; Advise the Management on human, organizational, and social issues; Contribute to the evolution of governance, organization, and institutional culture; Ensure monitoring of legal, regulatory, and social developments impacting human resources management. TO PILOT Pilot all HR processes and ensure their consistency with institutional objectives; Define, implement, and monitor the management of health in the company, in partnership with the GSE committee; Adapt and develop the strategy for training and developing collaborators' skills; Define and implement internal communication for collaborators; Develop and monitor the necessary HR indicators for institutional management and decision-making. TO ACCOMPANY Ensure the complete management of the collaborators' life cycle, from recruitment to the end of the employment relationship; Accompany service managers in managerial, organizational, and relational issues; Advise and accompany collaborators in complex professional situations; Contribute to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work climate; Accompany teams and managers during phases of change or reorganization; Promote the Foundation's values and a culture centered on humanity, responsibility, and collaboration. Your profile Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you have specialized training in human resources (federal HR certificate or equivalent training) as well as continuing education in management (CAS, DAS, MAS, or equivalent); You have confirmed experience in an HR function with responsibilities, ideally in the socio-sanitary or associative field; You demonstrate collaborative leadership and the ability to accompany teams and managers with listening, discernment, and benevolence; You have acquired solid experience in project management and change management; A good knowledge of the Valaisan socio-sanitary network is an asset; You master usual computer tools and have excellent writing, organization, and planning skills; Holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
