What makes your work particularly attractive ###

You support and accompany patients with a substance addiction or multiple problems who are undergoing inpatient or semi-inpatient psychotherapeutic treatment. You are part of the interprofessional treatment team, actively participate in reports, and provide the social work contribution to the shared understanding of cases. You conduct topic-centered group offerings, contribute your expertise in case-related systemic discussions, and exchange ideas regularly within the social counseling team with your colleagues.

What distinguishes you ###

You have a completed degree in Social Work (BSc) and bring proven professional experience, ideally in clinical social work. A pronounced patient-centered attitude distinguishes you as much as your ability to actively contribute your professional competencies to an interprofessional treatment team. You align your actions with the individual needs and goals of the patients and work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner. You enjoy working in a team, bring humor, and maintain an overview in demanding and complex situations. At the same time, you enjoy actively helping to shape the professional development of the social counseling.
