Our client is a leading company in the gastronomy industry. To strengthen the HR team, the client is looking for an experienced leader as Head of Payroll, who will take overall responsibility for payroll processing, time management, and social security for approximately 2'800 employees.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for payroll and time management for employees
• Functional and personnel leadership of a three-person team
• Ensuring correct payroll processing with monthly and annual closings
• Advising managers on topics relevant to wages and social security

Your profile

• Payroll expertise: Several years of experience in a comparable function required
• Education and further training: Commercial basis with specialization in payroll or social security desired
• SAP knowledge: Sound experience with SAP HCM and high IT affinity
• Leadership competence: Motivating personality with strong implementation skills and service orientation
