Job description
From 1. January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Pedagogical specialist 80% for our Kita Seeburg in Luzern who enjoys professionally caring for, accompanying and supporting an age-separated group of children in their development. Your activities

Co-responsibility for the care of a group of children within the framework of the pedagogical concept of leolea
Co-responsibility for the organizational implementation of everyday life
Co-responsibility for the domestic area and for room design
Maintenance of parental contacts as well as support for parents in educational and developmental questions
Care and accompaniment of learners according to the training concept
Co-responsibility for constructive cooperation in the team
Your profile

Training as Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or similar training
Empathic, committed and resource-oriented personality
Capable of handling conflict and assertive
Differentiated communication
Flexibility
Experience in guiding learners is an advantage
Course certificate "Grundkurs für Berufsbildende" is an advantage (or motivation to attend the basic course)
