Your profile

• Experience in a professional laundry, preferably including dry cleaning
• Initial experience in a supervisor function or willingness to take on professional responsibility
• Strong quality awareness and organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality and pleasure in continuing to work actively in daily operations
• German and/or English skills, other languages an advantage
• Physically fit and resilient
• Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma
• Service- and quality-oriented, team player, responsible and detail-oriented
• Always reliable and punctual

Your tasks

• Operational cooperation in the entire daily laundry operation
• Responsible for all laundry in the house – bed and terry linen, uniforms as well as guest laundry
• Careful sorting, washing, ironing and preparing all textiles
• Coordination of daily workflows and priorities within the laundry
• Ensuring and monitoring our quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Professional guidance and support of employees as well as induction of new team members
• Monitoring of correct washing programs, dosages and the economical use of chemicals and materials
• Carrying out minor repairs on uniforms and laundry
• Ensuring order and cleanliness as well as the correct care of machines and utensils
• Support with inventories as well as issuing and taking back uniforms
• Monitoring laundry stocks and early reporting of shortages, damage or quality deviations
• Continuous optimization of workflows and processes within the laundry
• Assistance in the rooms when additional support is needed
