Your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of a small production team
• Planning and organization of daily production processes
• Coordination of personnel deployment, taking capacities and production targets into account
• Recording, planning, and posting production orders in the ERP system
• Monitoring and ensuring material availability
• Continuous optimization of processes, workflows, and production equipment
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Ensuring trouble-free production operations

Your profile

• Completed training in the food sector or in a comparable technical or production-related environment
• Several years of experience in leading employees
• Technical flair and understanding of modern production processes
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as common Office applications
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Hands-on mentality as well as enjoyment of operative and organizational tasks
